A planned, story-driven cinematic session designed for multiple cars, combining rolling motion, static details, interior shots, and mounted perspectives to create a unified collective film with real audio. Cancellation Policy
All bookings require full payment upfront to confirm your shoot. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and preparation begins immediately after booking. Cancellations: Clients may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled shoot time. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable due to time reserved, planning, and location coordination. No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled shoot without prior notice forfeit 100 percent of the booking fee. No refunds or credits will be issued. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once at no additional cost if requested 24 hours or more before the shoot. Reschedule requests within 24 hours may be subject to an additional fee based on availability. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may reduce shoot time or require rescheduling. Additional fees may apply for rescheduling caused by late arrival. Weather: For unsafe weather conditions, shoots may be rescheduled at no cost. Light overcast or non-hazardous weather does not qualify for cancellation or refund. Creative Direction: All shoots follow the signature STEEZ Syndicate look, pacing, and style. Clients may share general preferences, but creative direction, shot selection, music style, and final edit are determined by STEEZ Syndicate to maintain brand consistency. Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure the vehicle is clean and ready before arrival. Any delays due to vehicle preparation may shorten the shoot. Delivery: Typical delivery timeframe is 7–10 days unless otherwise stated. Rush delivery, additional edits, or extra revisions may require additional fees. Social Media Credit & Collaboration Clients agree to tag @steez.syndicate in all posts featuring delivered content on any platform that supports tagging. Clients also agree to accept collaboration requests on platforms that offer collaboration features. Proper credit ensures the work is represented accurately and maintains brand consistency.
